Abstract

Because of the urbanization, demographictransition and influence of globalization, thelifestyle of people in many of the low and middleincome countries (LMIC) is changing; heading tounhealthy dietary habit, physical inactivity and useof cigarette and alcohol. The lifestyle changes onthe background of earlier malnutrition, inevitablyleads to central obesity. This with the stressfulsituation caused by the competitive environmentcatalyzes the surge of Non CommunicableDiseases (NCDs).
